A detoxing lifestyle along with adequate nutrition nourishes the body, thus the soul. Food is divine, and if it is rightly taken, can work wonders on the body and mind. We always provide the best diet chart and lifestyle guidelines for our clients, based on their body’s nature.

Our food has an absolute impact on our body and mind. Just like how pleasant and positive mental food brings you peace and happiness, the physical foods, if carefully chosen, can bring you the wealth called “health”. Remember, health is the most important thing a human being needs, to enjoy all other pleasures, till the end of life.
I strongly believe that the care towards health needs to be taken from the beginning, even if one does not have any physical complications! Those who are lucky to get the healthy body during their birth, need to be aware that the health needs to be taken care of, rather than allowing it to see its worse conditions because of the negligence of their own. Once the health gets spoiled by bad lifestyles and habits, any attempts you do to revert it, works just as “repair”. We know that a “repair” may or may not last for long.
“Food” is an integral part of our lives. It helps in nurturing the body, brings in pleasure, warmth, joy, that feel of security, and sometimes certain memories too!
Apart from all these capabilities of food, we need to keep in mind that food is a basic necessity. Food is something which helps in sustaining our lives. In simplest terms, the body needs certain nutrients for the energy required for its regular functioning. Food is the vehicle which supplies the nutrients from the outer world to the inside of our body.

Best guidence for weight loss
Being a vegetarian it’s difficult to decide what to eat what not to eat for weight loss. But she gave me very good tips about the diet that includes only those foods which we normally prepare at home. Also it is very important to mention that during my diet I was always energetic and never felt hungry. And am thankful for her yoga tips that helped me to loose weight in 2 months

Best diet for arthritis
My mother was suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, she was under medication but the normal range could not be achieved. Shruthi is my friend, that made me easy to approach and discuss about the problem.
